COMeSafety2 and DRIVE C2X have successfully presented cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems and Services at the IAA in Frankfort/Main, Germany. The show case with a smart, a traffic light and a traffic scenario engaged the attention of IAA visitors of every age.

Open ITS to the Next – COMeSafety2 activities at ITS World Congress in Tokyo

COMeSafety2 members will actively contribute to the discussion of how ITS is expanding into the next stage of mobility and society in the framework of the 20th ITS World Congress in Tokyo. The congress takes place from 14 to 18 October 2013 in Tokyo, Japan. The preliminary programme is published online now an gives a consolidated overview on the congress format and topics of sessions, the exhibition, showcases, demonstrations as well as technical visits.

COMeSafety2 members engage as organizers and speakers in various special interest and technical sessions.

Amsterdam group workshop September 25

The Amsterdam Group is a strategic alliance of committed key stakeholders with the objective to facilitate joint deployment of cooperative ITS in Europe. It includes the umbrella organisations CEDR – ASECAP – POLIS and C2C-CC. The Amsterdam Group partners are working on a Road Map on initial deployment of Cooperative ITS in Europe. In order to share and discuss the Road Map with other stakeholders and interested organisations, the Amsterdam Group organises a full day workshop in Brussels on Wednesday September 25 2013.
